Deepwood Animal Rescue Fund (D.A.R.F.)

Looking to adopt? See who NEEDS a home!

First introduced in October 2006 at the annual Fall Festival, Deepwood Animal Rescue Fund (D.A.R.F.) donations benefit animals that are in need of medical or housing support. Since 2006, Deepwood has set out to assist animals in need of treatment and care that otherwise may not be available to them. Deepwood Veterinary Clinic believes that no animal should have inadequate health care because they do not have a caretaker, or because their owners are unable to financially or physically care for their animal.

Deepwood also supports the Fairfax County Animal Shelter’s adoption and spay/neuter programs and provides medical care for the animals waiting for a new home at the facility. Help to save an animal in need today. Each person can help participate in the Rescue Fund by donating food, linens, funds, or by adopting a special friend currently under Deepwood’s care. With your donations, you are helping Deepwood provide services to ensure the well being of the fostered animals.

Each person who donates to this wonderful cause will be invited to fill out a Thank You Paw, which will be posted on Deepwood’s Thank You Wall located in the foyer of the facility.
